		<description>Thanks for this post Liz.  Further proof that focus on a thing, brings it to us!  As for the difference between gratitude and appreciation, that was a real eye-opener for me. I&#039;ve read Ask and It is Given, and highly recommend it.  Readers will learn the difference between the two vibrations. Appreciation has more of a &quot;deserving&quot; vibe to it.  As in, &quot;I&#039;m glad I have this and I deserve this&quot;.  Gratitude has more of a &quot;I&#039;m glad I have this, but deep down, I don&#039;t deserve it&quot; vibe to it. Anyway....I appreciate your blog!</description>
