Think and Get Slim Law of Attraction for Natural Weight Loss

The above Law of Attraction wisdom came to me today from Jerry and Ester Hick’s daily quotations and reminded me of how much I have spotlighted the idea of weight loss in my own life.   This quote came from February 28, 2010, and I took it as a message for my own healing process and for the collective healing of our planet.  For many years, I have carried around an extra thirty pounds and a large focus of my energy has been to lose weight.  My first “spotlight” shone upon my extra baggage at the age of fourteen when I was put on a diet by my doctor.  As I look back at pictures of myself at fourteen, I was at the perfect weight for my body, but to me I looked like I was tipping the scale.  From that moment on, too much weight and trying to lose weight has invaded my thoughts on a daily basis and often several times a day.  Think of the neuropathways in my brain that have been developed over the past thirty years.  Think of the power of  the Law of Attraction and weight loss.

It is time for me to take action to build new neuropathways to optimal health and wellness for myself.  It is time for me to use Law of Attraction and weight loss in a new way.  So, what’s my plan?  I have created an image that I can flash across my mind’s eye when the “spotlight” of my thinking hits on the thought of losing weight and preventing more pounds from adding onto the scale.  Instead of fueling that thought,  I will envision a bended arrow that reminds me of a u-turn and a heart right at the tip of the arrow.  Upon the heart, there is the word SELF in all caps.  I will reframe my thought and use positive affirmations such as  “I am in partnership with my body and honor its beauty and health,” each time  I call upon the image.  It is my intention to build new neuropathways into my brain, so that my thirty year effort can now be rightfully established.

Is there anything in your life that you’ve shone the spotlight on and is sending a flow of energy in the wrong direction and blocking your intentions?   It might be the Law of Attraction and weight loss or something else all together.  If so, maybe using the technique of creating an image to stop the thought and then having  simple positive affirmations to reframe the unwanted thought might be helpful.  Images are the brain’s oldest form of communication and an easy way to build relationship with it.  Shine that spotlight in the right direction, I know I will be!  Let the Law of Attraction work its magic.

  • These are great tips, I am sure by reprogramming your subconscious mind with the new image you will soon be able to achieve you ideal weight. You could also do things to nurture and show love for yourself, the condition of overweight is often to do with not loving oneself and therefore not taking care of yourself.

  • I have made the necessary changes to my diet slowly but surely. You are exactly what they say, what you eat! If the items you eat are not bright and fresh and healthy, how could you exspect them to make you feel? I have changed alot in the past 2 yrs. I have realized their are good & bad in food, in people & in life. So, try and make the good come towards you & things will help you or hurt you? It’s your choice how you want to live you life. It all depends on your outlook on weightloss, if this is what you strive for then it will happen. If it’s temporary and you do very little to get there then thats how quick it will take place in your life.
