When we live simply, we are able to understand complexity.  Our energy can be given to those thoughts that move us forward, not given to those thoughts that hold us back.

When we let go, we are able to make room for possibility.  Someone asked me the other day if my current dream/intention is based in reality.  I asked that person if my dream was possible.  They said it was, and I responded, “Then it is real.”  If we can imagine it, it can be manifested as long as we can let go of those things that limit us.

Peace, love, and happiness are three of the most powerful, positive, life-affirming energies that we can align ourselves with.  What more do we need?

You are loved.  You are loved in an infinite way just the way you are.  You are celebrated for your beauty and perfection.

We are limitless beings that have the potential to be anything and do anything as long as we drop our doubts, fears, and uncertainties.  One way to do this is to surround ourselves with what we do want.  That means to be in the presence those things and energies that inspire us. 

 Instead of placing the newspaper on our desk, what if we placed a sign that said, “Your life is a work of art, create it.”  Which item would be inspirational gifts to ourselves?  Which item would help you to reach higher? 

Instead of looking at a picture of destruction on television, what if you looked at a some wall art that said,  ”Follow your dream, for as you dream you shall become”?  Which would inspire you to greatness?  Which would put your spirit at ease?

Please remember that our cells are taking in information from all around us.  Be surrounded by what you want.  Give yourself or the ones you love inspirational gifts that support your dreams and theirs.

We have come into the age of video here at Seeds of Intentions and wanted to share our creations with you.  It is so fun to use this new form of expression to communicate our intentions and celebrate the amazing products we offer.  Through the video taping process, we are able to give our supporters a complete multisensory experience of Seeds of Intentions.  The viewer hears what our company and its products are about and sees and meets one of our co-founders as she interacts with the listener and interacts with our products.  Our videos have a lighthearted, welcoming vibe as life is meant to be enjoyed.
