The Laws of Attraction and the Art of Allowing
| The Art of Allowing is like getting your Masters in the Laws of Attraction. It is phase 3 of understanding and applying the laws of attraction and is the ultimate in higher consciousness and allowing all that is, to be exactly as it is, without judgement, criticism, or your need to change anything. It is the supreme space of peace and enjoyment of life. It is unconditional love for all living things and all that exists without question.
When you have mastered the Art of Allowing, you are in the realm of spirit, the non-linear space, closer to the truth of who we really are. For many, the Art of Allowing seems a tall order because everyone wants to be “right” and wants to impose their own version of “right” on another. This way of being (the need to be right) is filled with resistance, negative emotion and furrowed brows. So…you need to bridge the gap between where you are and the Art of Allowing. The Teachings of Abraham suggest that:
Be patient with yourself as this whole new way of thinking and being in this world is new to many of us (though its been suggested in many ways across millenia that the Laws of Attraction are so). Start at the beginning. Read some of the books we suggest and offer. If you are a true novice, The Secret is an easy to understand version for the Law of Attraction beginner. The Teachings of Abraham with Esther and Jerry Hicks are for the more advanced student. |

Law of Attraction: Acknowleding What You Do Not Want and Pivoting Towards What You Do Want
Excerpted from the book “Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Health, Wealth and Happiness” # 23 So as I see it, and in observing my own thoughts and points of focus, it is all about pivoting and being conscious of your thoughts and feelings. For me, I am astounded at how often I catch myself thinking about what I DO NOT want! Dang! It’s a bit of a crummy pattern of thought that needs correcting. I am sure these patterns of human behavior are changing, but it has been predominant in the history of human behavior to focus on the negative. As pioneers in this new and improved way of thinking we have to consciously be the example. It takes practice, and when you beome aware of the power inherent in positive uplifting thoughts and ways of being, you realize what a waste negative thought truly is…( we discuss this and levels of consciousness in our other websites and blogs on spirituality and spiritual growth) So join me today in being conscious of your thoughts and feelings and “catch” yourself in the midst of focusing on what you DO NOt want and turn it around towards what you DO WANT! Let’s make thoughts and feelings about what we DO want the predominant vibration on this planet….happily all creating what we want, what we want what we want!!! Yippee! |

Law of Attraction and Reversing a Downward Spiral
| So with an understanding that the Laws of Attraction are always at work, it’s difficult to accept that life would want to feed on a negative thought that gets so intense it turns into a downward spiral. And we all know what a downward spiral looks like and for many of us we know what it feels like. It feels like you can not turn it around. It’s like a whirlpool or a tornado (for some extreme downward spirals), they’re seemingly very difficult if not impossible to reverse. Why would the Laws of Attraction or life want to contribute to this?
Life/God/the laws of attraction, whatever you may want to call IT, does not judge what you choose to put your focus on. Life is “ask and it is given”. Some people are here to experience what we would call a downward spiral. And life is all on board with allowing you that experience, so the more you focus on the negative, the more thoughts life is going to send your way to reinforce that vibration. So how can you get yourself out of it? Do your best to give your attention to what you do want. Do your best to distract yourself until the negative spiral subsides. There’s many ways to disctract yourself…..
but make sure all of them are positively oriented, as the negatively oriented ones (though you may enjoy them) aren’t helping you out of the downward spiral because its of a similar vibration. You can go back to negatively oriented TV shows, books and movies after you’ve recovered from the downward spiral (though I wouldn’t recommend it on your daily diet!?!). This is just a simple suggestion for bridging the gap between where you are now (in a downward spiral, if that’s the case) to where you want to be….an upward spiral of lightness, creative expression and having fun….”letting it in”. Our feature product today The Amazing Power of Deliberaate Intent gives you specific exercises for getting yourself out of downward spirals. It also helps you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. For many of us, a quantum leap from where you are now to where you want to be is difficult to get to in a quantum leap. You need to bridge the gap between each level of vibration one step at a time…so be patient with yourself and start somewhere like one vibration above where you are now…tune into that vibration, be that vibration then step it up again…this is probably the most effective way for many of us to get where we want to be. |

“Why am I who I am…” The Ultimate Law of Attraction Question
“So, why am I who I am, and why am I born to who I am born to, and why is it set up the way it is set up?” We say, “For the fun of it. For the joy of it. For the expansion of it. For the growth of it. For the difference in it. For the desire producing value in it.”
— Abraham
How many times have you asked this very question to God? I know that I have throughout my life, and I still wonder sometimes today. I love this inspirational quote by Abraham because it brings me comfort and resonates deeply with me.
Life has been fun and joyous, even jubilant! I have experienced sliding down tubing hills with several other people connected to me, screaming my head off at the exhilaration. I have held a baby and watched it peacefully drift off to sleep in my arms. I have witnessed the sunset over many places around the world and marveled at Earth’s natural beauty.
Life has been an expansive and growing opportunity. I have learned how to love deeply and trust in another. I have learned how to forgive and heal wounds. I have learned how to let go and release patterns that hold me back.
My life has made a difference. I have inspired children to see their potential and know that they are worthy of love. I have supported my friends through life’s ups and downs. I have continued to learn about myself and reconnect with my essence.
My life has desire producing value. I have sought to open new gates of understanding. I have taken pleasure in new endeavors that lead me forward. I have dreamed big even when in the face of others’ doubts.
You and I are here to experience joy, fun, expansion, growth, desire and contribution. Listen to the wisdom of Abraham and utilize the Law of Attraction by allowing yourself those opportunities. Additionally, reflect on how you have already succeeded in many of them. You will be surprised by your accomplishments.
As for me, I intend to live blissfully, expanding my heart to allow love to flow in and out, growing exponentially toward oneness, dreaming dreams that yesterday seemed impossible, and leaving each moment better than it was before.
Enjoy this hysterical video. It’s been all over the media…a baby truly living joyously!

Law of Attraction Inspirational Quote Makes Me Say “Yikes” and “Yeah”
Whatever you are giving your attention to is already vibrating. And when you give your attention to it, if you maintain your focus for as little as 17 seconds, you begin to include its vibration, whatever it is, in your vibration. — Abraham
This Law of Attraction inspirational quote by Abraham makes me say, “Yikes!” If you’re like me, maybe you can relate to this post. Sometimes I find myself focusing on things I don’t want. For example, last night while working, I noticed how high and frantic the energy of the people were around me. I mentioned it to other co-workers and joked, “Perhaps the planets are misaligned tonight.” Well, guess what? The vibration of energy of those around me continued to be frenetic for the remainder of my shift. If I had stopped in the moment and noticed the serene people for even 17 seconds, I wonder if that would have shifted my evening from discomfort to tranquility.
The inspirational quote above from Abraham also makes me say “Yeah!” Because other times, I am very clear and focused on what I do want. I spend time visualizing, thinking about, and vibrating with what I want to say “yes” to in my life. The universe and Law of Attraction match my vibration and life flows down river.
So…I’m setting intentions today to live by the Law of Attraction and give my attention to what and to whom I want to attract into my vibration. You try it and let us know what shifts for you.

Law of Attraction and Egypt’s Collective Consciousness
Many people are now starting to experience a new energy filtering down through the density of mass consciousness. This energy stirs your spirit to find freedom of expression and amplifies the voice within your heart. This new planetary energy facilitates people in thinking more about the heart and its potentials in all human affairs.
Doc Childre, Self Empowerment
As the world changes, and it seems to me to be changing at an amazing rate, I can’t help but think of the power of collective consciousness and the Law of Attraction. Egypt is just one example of this. The most populated country in the Arab world, Egypt, decided a few weeks ago to share an intention and gain their freedom. Not only did the people of Egypt succeed in manifesting intention using the Law of Attraction, they co-created at warp speed and left the rest of the world amazed by their power of collective energy.
Guess what? This type of opportunity is available to each one of us. What if we, as Americans, decided to focus our collective energy on love…loving one another despite our differences, loving one another as human beings? The transformation would be life changing. Egypt has 81,000,000 people and the United States’ population is 310,100,000. Wow! Think of the Law of Attraction we could generate with that type of energy. What we choose to think about expands? Egypt thought of freedom. What will we think of today? Let’s change our collective consciousness and use the power of collective energy for the good of all.

Law of Attraction and Famous Mark Twain Quotes on Life
What do the law of attraction and Mark Twain quotes on life have in common?
Well, here’s a famous Mark Twain Quote on Life, “Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you too can become great.”
Now if I am not mistaken, and I’m certain I am not, Abraham teaches to do your best to keep you focus always on that which you do wish to attract in your life and forget about those things you do not want to attract in your life.
People who belittle your ambitions are taking you off target and offering you a vibration of doubt and lack. It makes no sense to give your attention to this!
People that support and remind you that you are great no matter what are offering you the positive powerful vibration of that which you do want, whatever that may be. True supporters know that you can do, be and have anything you set your mind, heart and soul to. They reinforce your positively attracting vibrations. Hang out with more of them!
Cut loose the belittlers and don’t feel bad about it.
So, here’s more on my take on this quote on life from Mark Twain:
So, I do appreciate the message here, but I would make some modifications. The term “Small people” suggests superiority over another when I feel a more “evolved” or appropriate perspective on all of life is to appreciate that we are all at a different place in our conscious awareness. I would loosely define “small people” as those that do not appreciate our own level of perspective and awareness. They are not there yet and have a limited point of view….at this moment.
I love the analogy from “Conversations with God” books which says that if you appreciate that all of life is going through school at one level or another (and age has nothing to do with it), then you would not call someone “small” if you realized that they were still in nursery school on a subject while you were in high school on the same subject. You would simply appreciate and understand their perspective and allow them their way.
We all know who the “small people” are in our lives.
It is best to keep your ambitions to yourself and share them only with those that support you. Vibrationally, those that support you are in alignment with your greatest potential and assist you in maintaining your alignment. “Small people” don’t help you and send your alignment “vibrationally” in the opposite direction.
Don’t give negative attention to those in your life that you would consider “small”. This is an invitation to only offer compassion and kindness and allow them to “be right”. This way of being is much more in alignment with who you really are and who you want to be. …again:
“Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means.”—Einstein.

Anne Bradstreet Contemplations & the Law of Attraction?
What does the following Anne Bradstreet contemplations:
”If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would no be so welcome.”
and the law of attraction have in common?
It has everything in common. The Teachings of Abraham , aka laws of attraction, continually reiterate the fact that contrast is necessary in life in order to keep redefining and creating you and your life as you wish it to be…here’s my contemplation on Anne’s Bradstreets reflection:
Before I really came into any serious spiritual awareness about life (which, by the way, came into my life like a fire hose on crack in my early 40′s) I always “knew” or had a sense that contrast in life was essential. The Teachings of Abraham appreciate the same thing.
Contrast is more than just the spice of life …it is life. When you begin to “feel” that we all come from the same source then you may begin to appreciate that that one source wanted to shake it up a little. When you’re the only “gig” in town you want to experience all that is possible

Les Brown Quote Says What the Law of Attraction Teaches
Les Brown has a quote that says, “Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else.”
One of my favorite quotes from Abraham is, “You are responsible for everything that shows up in your life. You get to take full credit!”
When you start to come into the “knowing” about taking responsibility for your actions, thoughts and words, you can’t help but laugh. When stuff shows up for me now that I don’t particularly care for, I always stop and examine how it was that I attracted that. Once you practice this, you can figure out a good portion of it. Good news is that as you recognize and allow experiences you don’t care for in your life they are fewer are farther between.
So here’s my take on this quote from Les Brown:
I have come into the experience of knowing this quote to be true. I also realize that there are steps between doubt and knowing the truth about this and anything.
Here are my feelings about the steps to knowing…..
- first there is fear about being responsible for your life,

- then there is doubt that you can be responsible,
- next there is hope that you are responsible for your life,
- then trust comes about,
- now there is belief that this is so,
- finally you come into knowing that you are responsible for your own life. This is where true freedom exists, and you realize you are the creator of your own life experiences and can now do something about it.
Each step is vibrationally different and is an experience unto itself. Allow yourself to be where you are on any subject. My feeling is, “what’s the hurry”? We are here throughout eternity. Enjoy the process. Enjoy the contrast as contrast is the spice of life. Each step is simply the “launching point” to the next level of knowing.
You can “feel” your way into the knowing-ness and the acceptance that you are responsible for your own life experiences. You are the sole (soul) creator of your own life.

Thanksgiving and The Law of Attraction
As each day comes to us refreshed and anew, so does my gratitude renew itself daily. The breaking of the sun over the horizon is my grateful heart dawning upon a blessed world. ~Terri Guillemets
Each day upon waking becomes a day of Thanksgiving if that’s the perspective we decide to envision using the law of attraction. If we choose, we can celebrate Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday in November. We can get together with loved ones and say a prayer over a meal in honor of gratitude. Or… we can choose to approach every
morning including the fourth Thursday in November as if it’s Thanksgiving morning. We can appreciate the 86,400 seconds God gives us 356 days a year.
Please enjoy this poem of thanksgiving by Sri Chinmoy and consider Thanksgiving Day every day.
Gratitude
In the life of aspiration and dedication
The gratitude-deer always runs the fastest,
Always achieves the most,
Always becomes the perfection-satisfaction
Of the highest
And
Most fulfilling and fulfilled
Supreme in us.
Gratitude is not a human achievement.
Gratitude is a divine treasure
Granted to us
By the inner Pilot within us,
The Absolute Supreme.
